Throughout the history people have dreamed of living in a perfect society, but people have not agreed on what a perfect society would be like. What do you think is the most important element for building a perfect society? How can people achieve this goal?

As the economy in most countries is advancing by leaps and bounds（日新月異）, people start considering how to create the society they are living in more happily. Under this circumstance, an absolute consensus can hardly be reached（很難達成共識） on what is the most important element to achieve such aim. I will make an objective analysis of this argument in my following essay and figure out the effective method to accomplish it.

I think the main core of this topic is the definition of happiness for people in this society. I firmly believe that there exist diverse ways for us to make a perfect society. To be specific, each and every citizen has every right to(做---天經地義) gain access to various social resources such as education and healthcare regardless of their wealth, status and prestige. Although the government cannot guarantee their family backgrounds, it is able to ensure their later justice, which is the most important factor to achieve a perfect society in my opinion.

In addition, widening wealth gap is the chief culprit in(罪魁禍首)rising crime rate. If the government rationally balances the income of people from all walks of life（各行各業的人） through taxation with the aim to perfectsocial society system（社保） and guarantee the fundamental requirements of disadvantaged group（弱勢群體）, social tension and hostility will be relieved immensely. Not to mention that（更不用說） preserved human rights, more employment opportunities, better living space and higher moral values do a great job in（有助于） establishing a perfect society.

In a nutshell, I am convinced that（綜上所述，我認為） the building of a happy society depends on the perfect combination of all the elements mentioned above, all of which should go hand in hand with each other（相輔相成）.
